To ensure that only the best cocoa reaches our products, Altınmarka works exclusively with direct imports from origin countries.We primarily source “main crop” beans from Ghana and the Ivory Coast and supplement them with select beans from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Madagascar, and Cameroon for distinctive flavor accents. Each batch is evaluated on-site by our expert buyers for ripeness, fermentation, and storage quality.
